President Donald Trump announced Tuesday that he is formally nominating acting Navy Secretary Hung Cao to be the next Navy Secretary.
The announcement comes one day after Army Secretary Dan Driscoll resigned, and four months after former Navy Secretary John C. Phelan was ousted.
