Scotland’s most iconic goal? This week – Tierney v Jordan

The journey to crown Scotland’s Most Iconic Goal is into its fourth week.

It’s a knockout format leading up to the World Cup – starting with the last 16 – before we crown the number one goal just before the tournament kicks off.

In the opening two knockout matches, David Narey’s strike against Brazil edged out Kenny Dalglish’s header against Wales, and Leigh Griffiths’ free-kick against England beat Ally McCoist’s strike against Switzerland at Euro 96.

Last week, Kieran Tierney’s stunner against Denmark in November was the overwhelming victor against Joe Jordan’s header against Czechoslovakia in 1973.

This time, it’s Scott McTominay’s overhead kick against Denmark last November against Denis Law’s effort in the famous win over England in 1967 – you can cast your vote here.
