Authorities in Nevada are investigating a “counter terrorism incident” involving a man who allegedly tried to ram a vehicle into a power substation outside Boulder City, Nevada, Thursday afternoon, according to law enforcement officials familiar with the investigation.
The man traveled from New York with the intent to cause chaos, according to the source.
