Silverstone also hosts Formula 1 and the European Le Mans Series, and will return to the FIA World Endurance Championship schedule in 2027.

Carmelo Ezpeleta, CEO of MotoGP Group, added: “The UK has a rich motorcycle racing heritage and remains one of the most important markets for MotoGP.
“Silverstone provides a fantastic stage for MotoGP, 11 different winners in the last 11 Grands Prix hosted at the circuit is a testament to the quality, competitiveness and unpredictability of racing at the circuit.”
