PHILADELPHIA — The bomb squad safely removed a reported grenade found in Philadelphia on Thursday morning.
Authorities say someone threw the explosive into a home in the city’s Feltonville neighborhood at about 2 a.m.
It did not go off, so someone inside threw the grenade back out onto the street.
The home was evacuated until authorities recovered the device.
Officials did not report any injuries.
