Actress Hayden Panettiere’s death has been ruled accidental from drugs, including fentanyl, according to the Greenville County Coroner’s Office in South Carolina.
The other drugs in her system were 4-ANPP, alprazolam, methocarbamol and quetiapine, the coroner’s office said.
The 36-year-old died in August at an apartment in Greenville.
